But Lincoln has always been under the “ watchful “ eye/ in the crosshairs of 
DEP for our draw down.  We were, at one time, under a consent decree.
Perhaps we still are.

We need to be ever- vigilant and understand that to maintain our independence 
from MWRA we need to strictly limit our consumption in times like these.  Those 
of us with no sprinkler / irrigation systems implore those with to act 
responsibly and turn them off!
