Hi, No one seems to mind bashing Trump or people with opinions that differ, on the Lincoln Talk! That’s been going on for years on the this site. I agree that there should be NO bashing on the Talk at all. Personally, I’d prefer no political discussions at all. That said, I believe in equality, and freedom of speech for ALL, regardless of whether it is the most popular opinion or not. To me it’s disappointing that this bashing goes on regularly, and that it is only “disappointing” when it is one particular side. Please be equal and fair. That’s what I’ve always believed democracy to mean. Either no bashing or “open season” for all! Be fair, even if you disagree.
