I've only eaten there three times (one lunch and two dinners). I've never done take-out. The food and service dining-in has been fine and quite delicious.
It may be a problem with the take-out cooking/system, etc. I agree that the owner/manager should be alerted to this dissatisfied customer so the problem can be addressed.
