Has anyone heard anything about how our $$ surplus in MA ,which is high enough to trigger an automatic give back to taxpayers, relates to the tax increase for high income earners? Why don't we use the current surplus on schools, roads, etc? And if we end up with another surplus due to higher taxes would that simply trigger another give back?
