Have a teenager (grades 8-12) interested in finding a new sport for the
winter? Spend that extra hour gained Nov. 6 checking out squash!
Terrific cross training, and the games make it fun and different at all
levels. Non-contact, full of lunging and sprinting, footwork and
strategy. The DCL public squash league is starting with area schools
and a co-ed club team formed of Lincoln/Sudbury/Acton/Boxborough teens
with Pro coaching and instruction. Practices/games are 3x per week
(Tu/Th/Sat), late November-March 1. The team will play a full 10 match
schedule.
OPEN HOUSESun Nov 6th 12:30-3:30 at SquashWest (bring sneaks, loner
equipment available), 1 mile from the Sudbury border just north of Rt.
117. All skill levels welcome!! DCL winners may travel to the Arlen
Specter Center in Philly at the end of the season. For more info,
