Hi, Lincolnites ~
Lincoln’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will be holding a Zoom
forum tonight, one of a series of forums being held for residents of Lincoln’s
East, West, North, and South quadrants. Tonight’s forum (at 7 pm) will be
directed to and for the residents of Lincoln’s West quadrant (west of Lincoln
and Bedford Roads), though anyone is welcome to participate. Here’s a link to
the agenda:

BOAC has been working hard to develop a master plan for bicycle transit through
and in Lincoln, and have put together this forum series as part of its public
process. The issues they’re discussing will likely have significant impact on
Lincoln for the foreseeable future; if you are a walker or cyclist or driver,
or have any interest in how transportation corridors of all sorts in Lincoln
are used, this is your chance to ask questions and offer your take.
This will be the last BPAC forum; in previous weeks they have held forums
focused on the East, North, and South quadrants. The group wants you to
understand their aims and work, and want to understand your views; I strongly
recommending attending tonight’s forum if you can. Here’s the Zoom link:
