Hi everyone, I'll be coaching Lincoln-Sudbury's K-2 wrestling program this year. Practice will start after Thanksgiving on Monday nights at 6PM in the Lincoln-Sudbury wrestling room. We are also offering a grades 3-8 program on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30PM. The program is open to all genders. Women's wrestling is an Olympic sport and has been the fastest growing NCAA scholarship sport in recent years. Our focus in K-2 will just be having fun, learning the rules, and building core strength/flexibility. Can't say enough about how great a sport wrestling is and I hope you will consider it.
