Paul,

One possibility is the SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of
Everyone) program <https://shinema.org/about-us>, sponsored by the
Massachusetts Office of Elder Affairs. Craig Donaldson and I are
certified SHINE counselors. The Lincoln Council on Aging & Human Services
can sign you up for an appointment with one of us, or you can contact me
directly.

Thanks,
Rhonda Swain
