Does anyone know if the town will be sending out information via snail mail about the special town meeting on November 30? Many people are not on the Lincoln Talk in this town, and I don’t see anything obvious on the town website about the meeting. I think there will be poor voter turnout if this meeting is not public knowledge to all. Thank you.
