Dear Lincoln Community, “Everything” is my response to my own question: what is new?, or what is good? . . ..
Before the pandemic came and changed everything, my practice was full, and I was not taking on many new clients. Now, as I resume my practice, I extend this invitation to those who may be in need of what I offer. For the past 31 years, I have developed and integrated my own style of *Massage and Bodywork, Manual Lymph Drainage, Yoga/Body Movement/Meditation, *and* Ayurvedic Health Counsel* helping my clients live better and with more ease in their bodies, and with more wellness in their lives. Digestion and assimilation of all that we take in on every level is at the foundation of a *healthy immune system*. I have integrated several very effective tools and modalities to assist in achieving those imperatives – and I underscore *lymphatic drainage*. For four years prior to the covid shut-downs, I initiated and produced the *Lincoln Holistic Health and Wellness Fair* as part of the Town of Lincoln’s Winter Carnival event. A non-profit event, the last one was in February 2020 at the Pierce House. The past few years have instigated many changes for all of us, and rather than produce the fair this year, I am opening my practice to anyone who is ready to receive what I do. There is something unchanging, and unchangeable in our deepest nature. Many of us may feel a missing gap in self-care services and practices that really make a difference in how we feel in very specific ways, as well as in general health and wellness - self-care practices that bring us into a deeper sense of home, vastness - beyond impulsiveness, fear, and separation. I moved my office to my home in a space that has an awesome rustic, retreat-like feel and I have brought together many of the elements that facilitate a truly healing experience.
