It is interesting that the column for 'Single Family Tax Bill as % of (Home) Value' actually puts us in the middle of the pack statewide. With a total property value for the entire town worth 1.9 billion (yes, I know that taxed value always runs behind actual value) maybe someone should buy out the entire town and take it private.
