Our current Post Master has put in a work order for new ballasts for the 
fluorescent lighting at the Old Town Hall.  Blame it on the speed of the 
government - or lack thereof.  Sadly, they are not opening the window for 
business as there are not enough postal employees to cover the hours.  Between 
a rock and a hard place…
