Bottom line-$25 scheme is off the table, 50-75% of that (and maybe lower) on. Hartwell as sole locus of service/program delivery expanded to allow consideration of other, off-campus sites. Given the resounding vote of approval, everyone got something…the perfect did not get in the way of the good enough. But, now, it seems, we may face an override. Never a dull moment ….
