Thank you for posting this Steve. As a kid of about the same age (and witness to parallel efforts in my even whiter hometown in Vermont at the time), the experiences of the students and staff in Sidetrack, and how it effected them in the years since, triggers many good (and some painful) memories of my own; as well as observations of how much, and how little, has changed in all that time.
