Thank you Linconites! There were many good suggestions offered re: COA, rental and church options.
The short update is that it appears if one were to be doggedly persistent with the doctors, insurance companies etc, then things may be processed quickly… at least in this case. We are set to be able to pick up our wheelchair today so thanks so much for your help!
