Dear Lincoln Talk - On behalf of the Coffee House 2023 Committee, I would like to thank everyone who made last night possible!
I’d like to give a giant shout-out and many thanks to the Lincoln Parks & Rec. Staff and the Parks & Rec. Committee (Brianna Doo, Sarah Chester, Margit Griffith,Thornton Ring, Anita Spieth, and Rob Stringer) for setting up the Bemis space so beautifully and serving all of us delicious treats and greeting all the guests who braved a frigid night to attend Coffee House 2023! To all of the lovely and talented performers who made the whole evening soar - THANK YOU for all the love you put into your songs - we are so fortunate to have you share your sound with us! Brent Clark, your generosity in always providing us with top-tier audio equipment and personal assistance throughout the evening for each acts’ needs is so above and beyond and deeply appreciated. Thank you Kenny Selcer for your expert support on the sound boards. Thank you too to Mike Killick and Marshall Clemens for assisting with the set up prior to the big show. Rob Stringer - you are just amazing - thank you for your amazing real-time problem solving, creative and energetic input and assurance at every turn!
