I agree. I was out for a jog today, and the roadside paths I ran on in Lincoln were all very clear and easy to traverse. Not at all the case in Wayland. Every sidewalk was still covered in snow, including on Boston Post Road! It was unnavigable and dangerous. I am very grateful to our DPW for their hard work this weekend.
Just wondering if maybe the resources were also being used to help with snow removal around Town? These folks work hard for the Town and I really consider the Transfer Station as a resource but having the community snow removal and salting/sanding a higher priority and on a Saturday there may have only been enough bodies to cover snow removal and potentially have to inconvenience the members of the community for just a few days. Just a thought but maybe we should practice more patience in our communication, ridiculing the people who are there to help is not always the best way to go about business. This is directed at the entire communication and not just any specific post FYI since this will be filtered by moderators.
Thanks, John Gregg

Why was it closed around 2:30 when I arrived? It is supposed to stay open until 3:30!
