Dear Lincoln,
It has been so great seeing so many friends and people I have gotten to know over the last 10 years of living in Lincoln during this campaign. Today I am asking for your vote on Monday. For the last 5 years, I have served on the School Committee, working tirelessly to improve our schools. I am very proud of my experience through Covid where I was a leader in getting the schools open. I have been a part of four different cycles of negotiating fair and equitable contracts for our educators that remained within our budget guidance. I pushed for a data focused approach to learning and supported our Portrait of a Learner work in the schools. I have served on several other boards as part of my role as a School Committee member, building relationships within the town that I believe will be beneficial going forward. This election is about experience. With a new superintendent and middle school principal, we need experience on the School Committee to help keep moving our district forward.
