I have completed the survey, including the commentary page, but that is not my point. My point is that a second survey should be sent out to ask the key question, and if that does not happen then the results of the first survey should be disregarded. Further - I understand that “ Silence is being interpreted as agreement by the CCBC”. That is ridiculous! Failure to respond to the survey could be much more easily interpreted as disinterest or disagreement. Interpreting the percentage of people in Lincoln who didn’t answer the survey as meaning that all them support the building of the Center is absurd at best!
