Posting for a very lovely friend: Hello! I’m seeking a peaceful 1 person rental living situation in Lincoln.
(Also open to Lexington, Concord, Weston, Wellesley, West Newton, Belmont, Wayland.) Ideally I’m looking for a Sept 1st rental (for a year or potentially more), but could possibly move in sooner if needed. I’ve been renting in West Newton next to Dolan Pond for the past 12 years, but circumstances have changed for my landlord, and I need to move. My budget is up to $1000 + utilities, or up to $1200 including utilities. If you have, or know of anyone who has a 1 bedroom apartment, in-law apartment, carriage house, cottage, large studio, available room in their home, or is looking to fill a 2 or 3 bedroom house share I’d be most grateful if you would get in touch and/or forward my contact information. I am an excellent, trustworthy, responsible, stable, tenant who takes good care of their landlord's property, and will provide a great landlord reference and meet other rental requirements. On my Wishlist: 1st floor (2nd floor ok, but prefer not basement or attic), access to full kitchen, green space (yard or near woods), private bath, some storage, partially or completely unfurnished. . Need: bathtub, bicycle storage (outdoors is ok), parking (on street ok, depending on area) I don’t have pets, don’t smoke (anything), and am allergic to cats and some dogs.
