For little kids, Little Flippers in Natick does an excellent job year round. The water is very warm too so no meltdowns ;) For older kids year round we have been very happy with the Waltham YMCA:) We did not have good luck having an instructor come to the pool at our house when the kids were very little. Because we were also home and because it lacked the positive peer pressure of other kids it was a disaster, lol
