Ditto for Pure Solutions.

Also save the tick for testing. Put them on a piece of Scotch Tape.

Be aware that ticks can trigger Alpha Gal Syndrome which can be life threatening- anaphylactic shock.

As for dealing with ticks and a small child, long sleeves, a hat and tick spray containing Picardin help but nightly tick checks are also a must. Fine tweezers gentle pulling and then ice cream to deal with the tears
