I dug out plants at Susan's yesterday. While many of the perennials are
gone, there are huge numbers of daylilies. Susan told me that her father
collected daylily varieties. Although there are some generic orange ones,
many are reportedly very colorful. Unfortunately, they're not in bloom yet.
There are also tons of lilies-of-the-valley, daffodil clumps, bugleweed and
other things if you take the time to look for them. There are also young
junipers and hemlocks.

If you have a truck and some help, there are also two mature blueberry
bushes, which are 6'+ high and have plenty of blueberries. They'd do better
if planted in a sunnier location. Last is a beautiful, healthy star
magnolia, which is at least 12' high and likely more. (Unfortunately, I
couldn't figure out how to get it in the back of my Prius. 😉) I'd hire a
pro to get this out with as little damage as possible.
