Thanks for pulling up the resolution language, Rich. I agree, that is clearly what that language means. So continuing to consider a “100%” option is perfectly consistent with the resolution.
Similarly, the resolution language clearly says that the new community center will be at Hartwell, possibly “supplemented” (or not) by “existing available town space”.
