Superintendent Becky McFall announced that last night the Lincoln Educators Association and the Lincoln School Committee ratified/approved the Collective Bargaining Agreement that will be in effect September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2026.
One outcome of the new agreement is a change to a Thursday August 31, 2023 start date for all students. Last night, the School Committee approved a revised 2023 - 2024 Academic Calendar adjusted in order to conform to the negotiated agreement to move a teacher development day from the end of the year to before the start of school for students.
