I am so glad to know that this effort came to fruition and that there’s now a local co-op!Thanks Sent from my iPhone I'd like to call your attention to a new community-owned market in Maynard, the Assabet Co-Op Market, 86 Powder Hill Rd, Maynard, a 16-minute drive from Lincoln Center. From their web site: "Our mission is to support the regional food system; strengthen the local economy; promote the well-being of our members, our community, and the environment; and be a center of community activity." The market offers a cafe, and a lovely outdoor back deck overlooking the Assabet River.
