The talented Lana Israel will be offering a Belly dance and Bollywood special event this Sunday, July 9th at 5:30 pm in the beautiful Codman Farm barn in Lincoln. We will start with a 15 minute Belly dance workshop and she will explain all the moves in detail and then we will practice a new choreography step by step. After that we dance to Bollywood music for an hour! No prior dance experience necessary - follow along and have fun.
It is tons of fun and a great workout with a great group of people and engaging music!! Come give it a try. $20 for the session, payable directly to Lana (who is an amazing instructor).
