It’s pretty easy to compare and change with a few clicks. You do have to check the terms, that there no early cancel fees and also be mindful to check that your rate won’t go up after the intro period. It likely will since I believe most of these suppliers suck you in with a low into rate and hope you forget to check at the end of the initial contract period. But you can change as often as you want as long as your contract doesn’t have an early cancellation fee. You just have to stay on top of this. Before July the base eversource rate in Lincoln was 26c/kWh which is pretty egregious but it dropped to 16 in July. They change the base rate Jan and July.
