Hello neighbors, I am newly "re-subscribed" to this list after some time away, and I am looking for two things:
1. Someone that is handy with some small to medium sized carpentry projects. Replacing exterior doors, possible cedar clapboard and weathered/rotting exterior trim replacement, possibly some window replacements, etc. Our house is one of the oldest inhabited houses in town, so some experience working on historic homes would be a plus. 2. Someone with some electrical skills that can do two things: repair an exterior outlet, and do an assessment to determine what it would take to enable a fast charger for a possible future EV investment.
