It certainly doesn’t hurt-and you never know what does or does not catch the eye of a driver when they are heading toward work, or to drop a kid off at school…or whatever. I put my vest on whenever I head out to walk on a road, regardless of weather, light conditions, or the time of day.
I am not blaming the victim-hardly! I am just urging those of us who might not be expected on the roads, even thorugh we should be, to take that extra step.
