Dear Neighbors, My son Gabriel, is a freshman at State University at Albany. He booked an Amtrak to return to school tomorrow. He just checked the Amtrak site and found they cancelled the train with no warning. He called and was told a staffing shortage was the problem. No seats on any other trains or buses.
