Of course it would have to be approved By the Historic District Commission, but it might be feasible—what a beautiful site this could be! I agree with you that despite the old 2015 analysis of building sites, there has not been a serious and creative look at the other possible sites in Town for at least some activities, particularly for the COA and this was the charge given to the committee. Right now, as someone said before me, we need to be thinking out of the box…and fast because Dec 2nd is not far away.
