We have had good luck hanging aluminum (foil-type) pie pans from the rafters in front of the area under attack. Spins and swings in the wind and keeps the birds at bay!

From inside the house, on each window, I tape the end of a 6" segment to the outer sill and slip the rest under the screen so it flaps in the breeze outside. Use painters tape so it doesn't ruin your paint. Keeps them away!
