I have been mulling this after the appearance of the potential appearance of 
the build out-not the models that were shown in the presentation.

I believe your suggestion has serious merit and we should reconsider what those 
of us at SoTT chose as a preferred option.
It was not a vote-it was simply the sentiment of those in the room.

Protection the commercial core, adding some housing, minimizing (to some 
degree) traffic and protecting the quality of life for those who live in that 
neighborhood seems key.

Your idea, if it meets the state defined targets, would do just that…a common 
sense approach.
