Hi, all: Looking for any local attorneys who can handle a small dispute against a contractor. A friend in another town used MassSaves to get his home insulated, and the areas he got treated now have black mold. When my friend tried to get in touch with the contractor, he discovered that the insurance certificate provided to MassSaves to be an approved vendor was forged, and the contractor is now totally unresponsive. MassSaves just keeps directing him to the contractor. Remediation is costing about $35,000, so this case is too big for small claims court. Can anyone recommend an attorney who would take on such a case? Thanks in advance!
