For the china and glassware, if you believe it has value as antiques, I’d recommend Grogan’s or Skinner’s/Bonham auctioneers (where I used to run the Paintings Department). Count the pieces and types, take photos, and bring a few samples. Maker marks and condition will help determine value.
For the books, I’d contact Swann in NYC. Can’t help with stamps, sorry.
