I haven't spoken to Dennis or his wife in the past 2 months but as you
know, they have already leased their garage, and perhaps "sold" the auto
service client business. While private people, they have always been
willing to let some of us know that changes are coming. They're at
retirement age and are in the process of considering their retirement
plans...so don't worry about them! But the change is melancholic. There was
a photo of my wife's grandfather in front of Doherty's with one of the
first "motor carriages" in Lincoln taken in the very early 1900's.

Well, our rail service is from that era!
