Hello -
To All who responded and gave me advice regarding how to reconnect to
internet access - A big Thank you.
Short story - It was a long 4 hours with Verizon and they are coming to
replace old and defective equipment - BUT I am connected! (see -via email).

For the future, the simple online assist, which attempted a reboot did not
work, and was so slow via my iphone and very frustrating. I went through
this 2x before getting a person and got outside of the generic "testing" -
and I believe the red circled reset button on the modem was the key which
was not in the online version.
I did give them that feedback - we'll see if they change.

Again, Thank you - all who responded were so kind and helpful. I felt at
loose ends without the internet.
