Hi all - Here is the PDF, very illuminating on the challenges from the developer's perspective. i still think Lincoln will be a very attractive location for a developer to build in given our conservation land so we would be very attractive to a developer.
It's 48MB so I've uploaded it to Google Drive. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1l9tl-n_RejB38-bNBDoPxJiRSBiLHKe1/view?usp=sharing Please note the section which recommends "less parking" to lower costs. I assume this is because less parking = more units. Another solution is cleaner zoning rules which is why the town is working on simplifying zoning by-laws and site guidelines to reduce the time to market for the project.
