Thorough, effective, humane. A nice guy. I called after seeing him recommended on LT many times. He went over the exterior of our house and screened or plugged up holes, cracks, vents. He ser traps (with peanut butter) in the basement to catch mice left inside. Came back a couple times to monitor “activity” Totally worth it. He deals with more than mice as well (like squirrels).
