I gave each of my adult children massages for Christmas, and I’m happy to report that they thoroughly enjoyed their experiences as orchestrated by Jai Kaur right here in Lincoln. They received not only massages but also greater insights into how the body holds tension as well as some techniques to release them. Overall, they and I were very pleased. Thank you, Jai Kaur!
