Hello Lincolnites. My sister, brother-in-law and their tiny dog are looking for a separate or stand-alone single family rental home in Lincoln, or possibly Concord or Weston. She has a rather complex medical condition and currently lives in South Dartmouth, MA and needs easier access to her doctors at MGB network in Boston.
Ideally the home would be detached or on a separate lot, have two or more bedrooms and offer some privacy. They are prepared to pay up to $3,500 per month, depending on services and utility costs and would like a multiyear commitment.
