Hello neighbors, I have a cottage for rent on a private beach in South Chatham for the week of June 22-29 (we rarely have last minute openings but someone had to cancel their reservation). It has 3-bedrooms/2 full baths (plus an outdoor shower) and sleeps 6, with AC/heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV and everything else you could want for a comfortable stay. The private beach is literally 50 yards (and a flight of stairs) from the front door, with the calm and warm water of Nantucket Sound providing a very kid-friendly beach experience.
