Marconi's is very decent and has the diagnostic equipment. The ‘best’ is automotive engineering in Lexington- Owners/ mechanics all BMW and Porsche, Audi guys. My go to place for those vehicles. Ask for Shaun- Who generally answers the phone and coordinates all services. For $100 they perform an executive overview (computerized scan for faults as well) on every aspect of the car to determine through where faults might be and print out a list of what you might need to address.
