Hi there,

Summer is the perfect time to explore our conservation lands! Lincoln's trail
map ($10) can be purchased at the Conservation Department at Town Offices. You
can also view all of Lincoln's trails through the OuterSpatial mobile app (free
to download to mobile devices). Once on OuterSpatial, click "Explore" at the
bottom & the program will zoom into your current location. The blue dot will
show you your real time location on Lincoln's trail system! The app will use
GPS to show you where you are. This works even without cell service. We ask
that you to familiarize yourself with Lincoln's Trail Use Rules and
Regulations<https://www.lincolntown.org/DocumentCenter/View/72581/LONG-Regulations-for-use-of-Conservation-Land-approved-at-7-13-22-LCC-Meeting>.
To find out which trails allow biking and which trails require dogs on leash,
please visit Lincoln Conservation's Trail Rules Webpage

Conservation Tip of the Month

Attract birds naturally - Bird feeders often do more harm than good. Feeders
can disrupt natural behaviors, spread disease, and attract wildlife other than
birds. By providing natural foods, water sources, and nesting habitat, you can
view songbirds in your yard all year without feeders. Learn what plants and
features work best:

When geese can't fly... During the summer, most adult geese molt (shed) their
flight feathers. MassWildlife biologists take advantage of this time to round
up the flightless geese and collect important data. To learn more, check out:
