Thar's good to know. Recommendations are important. Here's a contractor everyone should stay away from. Bill Waite, Custom Builder, in Bedford. He, too, is a friendly guy and does high quality work, but it is impossible to get him to come at times. He left us for months at a time without explanation. He also doesn't know how to manage the finances. He was always behind paying his subs, so they all quit on him, leaving us high and dry until he could find a replacement, or come up with the money. He still owes us work after 8 years! I'm constantly amazed that we survived this nightmare.
