I reached out to him yesterday and he was great! Unfortunately he confirmed my suspicions that Sisal rugs cannot be cleaned - but I appreciated his honesty and will certainly keep him in mind down the road!
Thank you both for taking the time to recommend him! Kristen Ditto-we have used them for years…now 3rd generation Wilcox is in training. I am not sure about them doing sisal, but worth an ask. Thye do such great work on carpet, area rugs + upholstery.
