Seems Win-Waste (formerly Orifice) is not signing up new customers in Lincoln anymore (at least their e-mail to me states as such). Any recommendations as to who to use to pick-up garbage and recycling on a regular basis. Unfortunately our lives are too hectic to rely on the transfer station.
