In the last six weeks, we prepared to put our Greenridge condominium on
the real estate market next week.
The unit is 41 years old and to meet the current market's "in like-new
condition" requirements for condominium sales, we retained Ed Delinski,
local small contractor and handyman, for 20+ small repair and
enhancement projects.

outstanding quality, done with speed and friendly professionalism. His
crew were equally excellent and worked diligently and cheerfully.
Ed was the soul of patience as more and more small projects were added,
requiring several visits back and forth to Home Depot to get parts and
supplies we didn't know we needed at the start.
Ed's prices were reasonable and more than fair.

repair work.
