I need some chimney repair and I would also like to put in a simple stove insert, so I can use my fireplace without wasting the heat. Can anyone recommend a good company? I've had two companies visit for estimates, and the first estimate was extremely high, accompanied by an explanation of work I could barely understand. The second company came for a thorough look, but never sent me the promised estimate, despite two follow-up calls, and now 3 weeks have passed. Thank you.
